The choice of sale will depend on a number of factors including: client preference; business structure; the quality and quantity of items; and location. We take all these factors into consideration when advising on the most appropriate sale option.

ONLINE SALES
TVA's online website enables a secure platform for the sale of assets over a flexible/nominated timeframe. Vendors/Sellers can view and track the online bidding activity. Funds are directly credited via securepay into TVA's NAB Online account. Vendors/Sellers will receive an efficient remittance on the proceeds of the sale along with a detailed report of their sale item realisations, GST (if applicable), fees and net proceeds.
Notification about the Sale will be distributed through www.tva.net.au email transmission service, sms and social media.

Our valuations are prepared as a sequential, detailed inventory of plant and equipment, divided into individual areas and sub totaled into Departments. Each line item in the valuation has alongside its attendant value dependent upon basis of valuation. Where available, both model and serial numbers are included allowing for more positive identification.
A valuation report comprises, a title page, letter of report setting out totals, matters effecting the valuation along with comments felt by the valuers to be of importance to you, the basis of valuation. A complete copy of the Valuation Report will be emailed in pdf format when payment is received in full.
To aide entities in the preparation of sale memorandums we can also provide complete valuations without figures for incorporation into sales packages.

One of the important roles in consideration of a Sale is to accurately identify and describe each item to be sold for potential purchasers, and to attribute an estimated market value to each item to enable the department to ascertain accurately how much money they can expect to realise out of the Sale. Tasmanian Valuers & Auctions Pty Ltd has a Valuer accredited by the ASA and AAVA.
We can supply a copy of our Workers Compensation Insurance Policy 'Certificate of Currency'. We further advise that similar certificates relating to public risk and professional indemnity insurance can be included.
